My first Quarter in AD

Times really flies. I have already worked in this new company almost 3 month until now. It’s a good company which have a relaxed work environment and flexible work time. Finally I can say goodbye to attendance machine forever(I hope). Let me introduce my new company in brief. The HQ is based on USA. I work in SZ office, leading by SH region center of APAC. Our product was focused on analog devices. Certainly include the other devices such like DSP,MCU etc. Not only we have a leading level technology on them, but also we can provide the greater user experience. Be honest, I’m just a rookie here, but I can feel that.

黑色星期五

今天是黑色星期五。13号加上星期五是西方认为最黑暗的日子。今天下午下班去找老板谈了话，关于自己在公司的发展机会。总体感觉有戏，但是看得出老板还是有一些顾虑。我自己也有点迷茫。如果现在跳出待遇起码好上50%，但是一切都要重头来起。包括在公司的关系网。但是如果继续呆下去的话，我觉得没有个1~2年的估计也很难升级到经理。觉得自己真得有很多方面的不足。比如英语和管理技巧方面。另外我觉得我在与人谈判争取利益时容易激动。很难控制住自己的情绪。今天谈判时有一会儿甚至噙着眼泪。控制情绪方面一点要加强锻炼。喜怒不形于色！另外一个方面就是觉得自己太软弱，这种事情应该早点就该说出来了。毕竟有机会就不应该错过。不要思前想后，怕东怕西。引用王小波的话：当一切开始过后，这个世界再也没有什么让我害怕的事情了。
        总之今天心情大好。无论是否成功我都为自己争取过，努力过。加油！
